Helping executors, families, and estate attorneys handle firearms the right way.
Firearms are one of the most complicated assets in an estate. Some must be transferred through a licensed dealer, some need federal paperwork, and heirs in other states can’t simply take possession. Charleston FFL Transfers handles it from start to finish, working alongside the estate’s attorney.
What We Do
- On-site inventory and documentation of every firearm, with make, model, serial number and condition
- Identifying NFA items (machine guns, suppressors, short-barreled rifles) and handling the required federal transfers
- Lawful transfers to beneficiaries, including heirs who live in other states
- Fair-market valuation and sale of firearms the family doesn't want to keep
- A complete written record for the attorney's file
Why Us
We're a federally licensed dealer and a Special Occupational Taxpayer (Class III), which means we're licensed to handle NFA firearms, including machine guns. Most estate collections that include NFA items need exactly that.
How it Works
Engagements are flat-fee and quoted after a short call about the collection.
