Every Transfer Includes:

  • FBI NICS background check
  • ATF Form 4473 completion
  • A&D logbook entry
  • NFA items: silencers, SBRs, SBSs, AOWs

NFA items (silencers, SBRs, SBSs, AOWs): Under ATF's October 2026 guidance, suppressors, SBRs, SBSs, and AOWs transfer with a standard ATF Form 4473 and FBI NICS check, at the same fee as any other transfer. Machine guns remain fully regulated under the NFA.
